SEUSC
The SEUSC Shires Custom Model Euphonium represents the pinnacle of artistry within the S.E. Shires Custom Series. Designed for those who demand power, precision, and a truly personal connection to their sound, the SEUSC offers a compact, dense core with a broad palette of resonant overtones. With its rich tonal depth and responsive feel, the instrument empowers artists to perform with freedom, refinement, and total confidence.
At the heart of the SEUSC-S is an 11.5-inch, two piece, hand-hammered yellow brass bell with soldered bead. This carefully balanced design provides warmth and resonance while allowing for exceptional projection and tonal complexity across all registers. The yellow brass, drawn leadpipe enhances clarity and response, creating an instrument that provides stability and clarity to the articulation.
Featuring a dual-bore design (.591”–.669”), stainless steel pistons, and a modular mouthpiece receiver system, the SEUSC offers professional-level customization and consistency. Whether performing in recital, leading an ensemble, or stepping into the spotlight, this instrument empowers musicians to shape their sound with confidence and artistry.
