S.E. Shires Artist Support Form
Please complete the form below to request financial support for an S.E. Shires Artist Event. Requests will be reviewed by the Artist Relations manager. Any information not provided on this form will not be taken into consideration.
This is a request for support and there is not yet a commitment or guarantee by the S.E. Shires Company to provide funds. Should funds be secured, S.E. Shires Company will reimburse you after the event has taken place. Approved funds will be paid, reimbursed, or credited to your account after the event. Please note: You are responsible for all respective taxes and reporting.
This event will feature you as a clinician and performer, performing on your S.E. Shires instrument. Your participation in, and promotion of, this event will be acknowledged (when appropriate) in print and online as being sponsored by the S.E. Shires Company. We ask that you promote the event on social media, and through your organization and community calendars. We also ask that you thank the S.E. Shires Company for support (when appropriate) and mention your relationship with the company as an S.E. Shires Artist if given an opportunity during this event.
By filling out the form and agreeing to the term below, you grant permission for S.E. Shires Company to record and publish your participation in this event, both in print and online. Please feel free to send any follow up recordings, photographs, comments, etc, after the completion of the event as well.
